Hallo Freunde, ich hatte auf meinem PC Ubuntu und kxstudio 12.04 nebeneinander installiert.
Das lief recht gut beide mit Ton. Nun habe ich die neue Version von kxstudio 14.04.01-b alleine
auf den PC installiert und bekomme einfach kein Ton. Kmix durch propiert, an Cadenze mit Claudia
gearbeitet und finde einfach keine Lösung. Kann mir jemand helfen ? Im voraus besten Dank

I've got KXStudio Version 12.04. on my PC Ubuntu 12.04. installed. It went really good, and I had a good sound.
Now I installed the new version of KXStudio, 14.04.01-b, on my PC, and now I can't get any sound.
I've tried KMix, Cadenze and Claudia, but won't find a solution.

You have to configure JACK.
Find Cadence in the menu and in it you will find JACK Status, under it there is Configure. In the next window in the Driver section you will find Device/Interface, select the one that works and then Force Restart JACK.

Thanks for the quick answer. Sadly it still doesn't work, althoug Cadenze runs great with Jack, what else can I do?
