LA wiki supported hardware clean-up required

By far one of the most commonly asked questions by people interested in Linux Audio is in relation to supported audio hardware. I'd not checked out this aspect of the wiki since the merge and unfortunately it's an outdated, confusing mess right now.

We have at least three separate pages for a start, which should prob be merged into one:

Once we've decided which of those is going to be 'the' page, we all need to update it as best we can and then it should be linked on the wiki home page as its obviously important that we have a good, unified, up-to-date resource for this that we can refer people to.

Making that post has revealed another issue - it doesn't seem that the forum displays those links correctly - under FF at least!
