unable to find plugins

i can't find any vst or other plugins . i have zynaddsubfx installed standalone how do i put that zynadd in plugin opener of qtractor?

AFAIR, lv2 version of Zyn comes with Carla (kxstudio)

But qtractor is also a plugin host how do i load plugins? i see empty no plugins at al and no add button
