snd-aloop not loaded

Hi I got the same problem as in this post:

but I'm on debian, crunchbang 11 waldorf (wheezy). When I do everything is fine. How do I add that permanently or execute at startup? The solution for arch did not work in crunchbang.
EDIT: modprobe actually added distortion. Looks like things are working without snd-aloop but I cannot enable the alsa bridge in cadence. I still have sound through jack though. If I modprobe the sound is distorted. I'm just leaving it as is for now. I'm only using pure data for this setup and it's connected to jack.
