Does anyone know of a Perl Script that analyzes your system and tells you what you need to adjust for max performance? I recall a script recommends that I go with XFS instead of ext4 for performance improvement for those with a 64-bit system. But people in Google+ said that XFS is not needed for large files unless I'm using a 32-bit operating system.
In here: https://plus.google.com/110953740010395 ... mG48F2SHQ8
They said that I'm not going to notice much of a difference in performance between XFS and EXT4. Is this true?

Re: Perl Script for Maximizing Performance
I wrote https://github.com/raboof/realtimeconfigquickscan a while back, but it doesn't recommend XFS
