How manage default patchbay with Catia

Post by touchstyle »

Ciao!
Is it possbile to create a default patchbay using Claudia?
I am looking in Cadence suite for the same options of Qjackctl > Patchbay > Save... , that creates an "xml" file suitable for "Activate Petchbay persistence".

Thanks in advance,
Touch.

Sadly, no. ---because, i think, that would have replicated the Claudia/Ladish functionality.

I use a utility called aj-snapshot to record and restore a, err, snapshot of the required connections. It is a short step to make a script that starts the required programs and then restores their connections.

A very simple way of replicating the most basic use of Claudia/Ladish without getting into either its power or its relative complexity.
