Hello to you all!
I am very exicted to be apart of this community.
Firstly, I am a musician. I know there are a million guitarists out there and I hope there are soon a million more, but I think I have something good to offer your hearts and ears. I songwrite, sing, and love both lead and rhythm guitar and my goal is to put out one album a year. My first is yet to come but once the first baby is delivered, I hope that the Linux studio that will be my midwife will be pumpin' 'em out!
The problem has been having the know-how to do it myself. I'm hoping Linux is going to be the vehicle for the strat-o-caster-sphere. I started on Ubuntu a few years ago and realized that it can be a very complex world. I don't mean to say that Ubuntu is necessarily hard to use but that one can quickly get in over their head if they dive right in as I did. I've slowly made my way into Linux audio and I am very thrilled to get going within the next month or so.
I'm more than willing to help out someone on their project by rippin' a solo or giving a suggestion, idea, etc. Although I don't have anything fully polished online, I can offer out some samples of my guitar playing:

I wish you all the best in your creativity and I look forward to making connections and possibly some friendships in the future.
Cheers!
