Claudia and Carla

Hi,
Should all the applications listed in the claudia_database.py file be available in Claudia's Launcher?
Because on my computer, maybe only the half show as compared to the installed applications. Carla is missing, and I thought it would play well with Cadence.

I'm using Cadence 0.8.1 and Carla 1.2.3, both built from the git repositories (btw, an -lpthread flag is missing in the carla-discovery makefile, to link with LinuxSampler).

It's not clear in the documentations what's exactly to be used with Cadence and Carla, especially about session management.
Sometimes it's Claudia, sometimes NonSessionManagement (couldn't find how to test the latter).

I expect to start Cadence for Jack management, then run Claudia studios to include whatever is available on my system.
For example Carla and common sequencers (e.g. MusE which command is 'muse2' though listed as 'muse' in the database).

Maybe this is still work in progress. I've also read that not all applications are supported by LADISH (and thus Claudia).
There seems to be no roadmap so I don't know what to expect in current and future releases.

Thanks for your help,
Romain
