Noizemaker's MIDI MAP missing

I've recently added the KX repos to my Deb Jessie amd64 install, which is how I've installed the TAL plugins.

I wanted to assign some of Noisemaker's controls to physical controllers on my keyboard but couldn't because the MIDI MAP button has disappeared under both the LV2 and VST versions.

That's a real shame as this used to work in v 3.21 or earlier.

So how are we supposed to assign hardware controllers to Noisemaker under qtractor now? I know how to automate them using the track automation menu/graphs but the menu doesn't tell you the CC values of the different controllers, if they have preset values at all, so that makes it difficult if not impossible to set anything up in its controllers menu.

This sounds like another great reason we need a sane replacement for LV2.

qtractor does allow you to assign MIDI CCs - I'd just forgotten how but Rui reminded me on the qtr forum:
