Out in the Midwest here, come from a family with one hell of a Dad who's an engineer. I dabble a bit in everything, but am really getting set up to record my own things.

I sing a bit, violin mostly with a hint of guitar and piano. Have been translating fiddle abilites over onto cello and the mandolin and have a pretty good time doing it all. I was in a Celtic band a couple years back and enjoyed it immensely.

I've been getting used to Ubuntu Studios just fine after switching from Mint. I've had a few different systems at one time or another.

I guess I'll see everyone a bit as I dig around. Cheers!
