On our KXStudio IDJC servers we don't need any apps to be connected to any of the system playback and capture ports because we use the dummy driver to run JACK. If we disconnect every app from these ports to make the routing clearer then save our Claudia/LADISH studio, the connections re-appear after reboot / reloading the studio.

Its not a showstopper if this behaviour is hard-coded into LADISH, Claudia or Cadence but maybe there is an option I'm missing somewhere that could be used to stop apps getting auto-reconnected to the JACK system capture and playback ports after a reboot?

Afaik Cadence has an option to disable self-connect.

I suspected it was one of those options but thought it easier to ask here than go trying them all!
