Re: First track gets recorded into the second one

I'd just like to say that I'm still chasing after this. The solution to my problem I mentioned above turned out to be only partial. Here's where I am now: I can record via G-Track and have monitoring through it, but then I have to record at 32,000 Hz -plus the darn bleeding that started this all!-, or I can record at 48,000 Hz, but then I cannot hear myself as I record (the software playthrough option does not work, or works for a while and then dies).
It seems that in my case there were two simultaneous problems: 1) my laptop's USB version is 1.2. and it creates some kind of bottleneck for data. 2) the problem of bleeding that made me start this thread, which seems also related to my laptop, becaause I tested in a different computer, and the 32,000 recording does not have bleeding. Such computer also has 1.2. USB connections, and I'm in wait of having access to a computer with USB version 2, which won't happen in at least 2 weeks, to finish my tests. I'll let you know how it goes.
