Hello there! I am hansdevr(ies) from Holland. I am an active (rock) musician with a keen interest in classic analog synthesizers. I do a lot of recording with Cubase, but I sure would like to give Ardour and Rosegarden a swing.. Unfortunately, I won't get my E-mu 1212M PCIe card to work with Kubuntu, so - for now - I'm stuck with Cubase. I use a dual boot system, so switching to Linux doesn't pose a problem. I consider myself to be an absolute Linux newbie, though. I hope to find some help with my problem here. In return, I offer my help to anyone wrestling with analog synthesis...
