That's probably because you didn't close the Welcome window.

I too am very curious to have a plugin version of Zita Rev. I visited the website and successfully created both lv2 and ladspa versions. I copied them over to their folders and have them showing up in Ardour 2 and Ardour 3 but they both immediately crash Ardour when i go to add them to a track. I have the correct architecture selected. I don't know at what stage something went wrong. Has anyone else had this problem?
Just to clarify how i created the files, in case i did something wrong or left out a stage, here's what i did -
Categories > effects > zita_rev1 > description, clicked on choose it
Clicked the compiled code tab - c++, linux, lv2-64bits (also tried the ladspa 64 bit)
Click on exec file tab - The file zita_rev1.lv2.tgz as been succesfuly generated and can now be downloaded
I download this file and place it into it's folder, it's showing up in my plugin list but crashes on start up. Any help?

A few times? So was it crashing on you too? And after a few builds it eventually worked? So i should just keep doing it until it works?

It could be that the grame server uses a completely different version of gcc and/or other libraries than the ones you have on your installation. So it might be better to build them locally.

Well, I think you'll agree with me that that window shouldn't be there, or it should at least have a different color or something.

Thanks! And yes, I'm using the RPi for that song with guitarix running on it.

Well... tried again today and it is now compiling.
The qt version works just fine but can't also get lv2 to work and also on ubuntu.
Maybe that will work tomorrow
