Hi everyone here.

I am Matt, from Holland.

I am a hobby musician for quite some time now and want to do something more with my music.
Therefor I am very happy that I switched to Linux some time ago. Besides the fact that I like it way more than Windows, it also provides me with all the gear I need for recording and editing my songs.

I am still new with Jack, so at the moment still busy figuring everything out. But I got things to work by now, so now time to read some manuals and play with the programs.

I hope to be able to make my first decent recordings soon. Ofcourse I will let you hear the results as soon as I am satisfied with the recordings.

Welcome to the forum Matt. If you have any questions on programs or distros there are a lot of people here that can help. Good to hear your already up and running.

Yeah well....

I was up and running, but than I read about KXStudio, so I upgrated.
Now I seem to have to figure everything out again.
But thatś ok, with some playing, surfing and help from here I am sure I will manage to get everything going again.

Also thinking to maybe leave it all and switch to Tango Studio soon.
That sounds even more promising to me.
