Post by brummer »

I have started to port effects as well to LV2 now, the first one is the TS9 tube screamer simulation which is now available in our GIT repository.

No, not in that sense, guitarix itself is available as LADSPA plug-ins (split into a mono and a stereo plug) in ladspa-guitarix.so
which is a wrapper to run guitarix headless controlled by external midi controllers
All other ladspa plug-ins in the guitarix project are somewhat oldish, they didn't reflect the development status of the project and be only included for historical reasons.

@Brummer, so your argument not to support NSM is because there is no tarball release? Come on, the most strange excuse I've heard so far tbh.
NSM API is very mature and there has been several official releases. http://non.tuxfamily.org/wiki/News
In the git repo you can build only the session-manager if you like, check the readme.
