[SOLVED] Cadence : What is 'switch master!' ?

Post by deufrai »

Hi

I couldn't find any documentation about it so here I ask :
By pushing the 'switch Master!' button on Cadence, I can see & ear that Jack-driven hardware I/Os are rapidly switched off and back on.

I don't see the use case for that feature, but I'm quite sure it's there for a good reason.
Could someone give me a real life scenario where this could be handy ?

Thanx again a zillion times for KXStudio and the whole Cadence/Claudia tools suite in particular. Makes my life soooo easy

Think, it ain't illegal yet
And use Qrest, it won't hurt : http://www.qrest.org

Ubuntu 12.04 + full KXStudio on an HP Pavilion dv7-6c70ef
Usually make noise with a Warwick $$ 5 strings bass hooked to a zoom B9.1ut and an M-Audio FastTrack PRO
