Hi, I was browsing the wiki looking for infos about USB audio interfaces, and I noticed that there was no page about the Lexicon Omega, which I've been using for some time now.
So I added the page to the wiki:
http://wiki.linuxmusicians.com/doku.php ... icon_omega
The short story is that it fully works (more info in the wiki).
Except for a small annoyance: I need to plug it BEFORE I start the computer, otherwise it won't get detected. I didn't have yet the time to investigate about this issue, though.
If anybody uses the Omega and is untouched by this issue, please feel free to add a "works for me" comment here and correct the wiki page.

If anybody's interested, the issue I mentioned just disappeared. Probably some kernel update fixed it.

Re: Lexicon Omega on Linux
I've used one for 3 years now without any issues. Never had issues hot-plugging either.

Me neither, EXCEPT the day I decided to write the wiki page!
Probably it didn't like that particular kernel version.
