Does anyone monitor Linux questions there? We need to encourage the new users who may not have found this site.

Actually this particular user already also found his way to this forum: http://www.linuxmusicians.com/viewtopic ... 699#p30699steevc wrote:I've not idea, but perhaps someone can help.

Personally I don't really have a clue about samplers though.
Not me - I didn't even know SE has an A/V section. I guess it would be cool if we could show the topics marked 'linux' as a sidebar here or something like that.Does anyone monitor Linux questions there? We need to encourage the new users who may not have found this site.

It's possible to get a feed of the questions tagged with Linux if someone can do something with it http://avp.stackexchange.com/questions/tagged/linux. I really like the SE idea and I followed it's birth through the podcasts that Jeff and Joel used to do. Forums are good for some types of discussion, but when you just need an answer to a question that may be useful to others then a dedicated Q&A site can be better. SE covers all sorts of topics these days, including Linux/Unix and music in general.
