Hi!!!!!!

During the months of january and february I was making an album (called "Camino"), using free software (Ardour, Jamin, Rakarrack, Zynaddsubfx, Hydrogen, Qsynth). All the songs were composed and played by me except the drum parts that were played by my Brother Tanda who also made the cover art.

In the zip you will find the cover art, info (in spanish and english) and one mp3 (Because my idea was make an album in which all the songs form a single song).

Is a short Album but it was a great experience for me in many aspects (musical composition, mixing, mastering).

So I hope you like it !!!!!!

Here is the link to my blog to download the album (click in the second photo):

Thanks for listening!!! :) Comments will be appreciated :)

I just downloaded and listened to the uno album track. On first listen I dugg it quite a bit, it flows pretty well from part to part getting that multiple songs as one album track you were going for. The only part I felt didn't flow weel was right around 10:00 where it goes from really deep dark piano to a bright chord, kind of made me sit upright in my chair. Nothing major, but my first impression. The guitar sounds a bit canned in parts, and maybe could have used some more room/space to make it sound more in "my" room. But again, overall, I thought it was a frakin good jam. Glad you shared it with everyone, power to the free music software!

I'm listening at it now...
Pretty good, so you're gonna dive in film music productions and similar projects? ;)

Turns out great, very creative!
Nice guitar sounds around 14 min, how did you create those?
Nice play too :)
You got talent!

For the guitar sounds i use a preset that I did in Rakarrack (Macsolo) with a little flanger. Here is a link to the preset :

Then in Ardour I add a delay and a C* Plate 2x2- versatile plate reverb.
Around 5:42 min I use the other preset that I did (Macdream).

Again, thanks for taking a moment of your time for comment and llistening to my album !!! :D
