For what it's worth, Beat Machine Pro failed. So now we are back to just LMMS. Yay! Except, now someone else is wanting to pull the same stunt.

Hah..seriously, aside from the legalities which may or may not work against such "business plans", these guys need to realise how things roll in FOSSdom before even deploying a commercial idea. If this goes on, I suggest you put up a big sign on frontpage reading, "We know what you're thinking. The answer is NO. Not because we don't agree, but because you WILL fail."
