What are KXStudio plans to stay in testing or to go in stable when Jessie turn comes ?

Re: Meta-packages state for the (new) Debian repos
I was under impression that you be switching to Debian but you are actually adding support for Debian and continue to support Ubuntu.
If i got you right you will follow Testing aka rolling release in Debian and follow Ubuntu releases.
Packages often change in Testing that could lead to breakage...
I run Testing i love it, but i was thinking that would be better for you to only package for Stable release/s.
You are very brave compiling machine

Hey falktx, is there any chance we'll see a binary release of Carla 2.0 for AV Linux?

Re: Meta-packages state for the (new) Debian repos
Hi,
Just added the kxstudio-repos.deb to a brand new crunchbang waldorf installation and installed a few of my favorites (the C's, the Q's,Y and H). Works perfectly out of the box.
Since I am running crunchbang on a new machine with 4. gen intel hw, I've already installed the backported 3.12 kernel.
Is there any reason to include the kxstudio-repos-backports.deb ? I am quite happy with JACK performance using the stock 3.12 kernel.
2) Can't seem to find those lovely TAL plugins. Are they going to be included later?
Thanks for the effort.
