I need it for some voice track.

Note: Please, just Free Software (http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html)

'Rubberband' is a pretty high quality pitch shifter available under the GPL (also under a non-free license). A quick google suggests there's both LADSPA and LV2 wrappers, though I haven't used them.

Do you want to use the shifter in live real-time or as a one-off? There's probably a quality/latency-tradeoff in there.

  • Rubberband (LADSPA)
  • TAP Pitch Shifter (LADSPA)
  • SWH Pitch Scaler (LADSPA)
And then there are some autotune plugins that can be used to pitch shift:
  • VocProc (LV2)
  • AutoTalent (LADSPA)
  • Zita-retuner (LV2)

Rubberband ;) It's the one I use most because it's in my opinion the best pitch shifting library from the ones listed and it's also the most flexible.
