I'll try to make them work as LV2 later, once I get to know LV2 deeper.
Seems to be more easy (for hackers ;) ) then people tend to think...

Harry van Haaren is such a dev who is learning it, via LADSPA afaik, and he told that it isn't that hard (compared to other coding stuff I guess) and the documentation for LV2 is good.

I've designed and coded plugins in almost all formats at one time or another, VST for windows, VST on linux, LV2, LADSPA, standalone JACK applications, with various GUI toolkits, GTK1.x, GTK2.x, XLib on linux and GDI(+) on windows, and in my opinion there is no single plugin standard that is comprehensively better than any of the others. They all have aspects to them that make you tear your hair out, and curse, but fortunately there are normally ways of getting things to work, you just learn by experience how to make them work properly.
