Time to downgrade/hold wine staging version

I've just used WINE 10.3 (standard version) and everything is working pretty well as far as I can tell which includes Voxengo SPAN. I don't run it through any kind of bridge though but instead with FL Studio so I'm not sure how relevant this is to you guys..

I too have some issues with 10.3 staging on Ubuntu 24.04. Will try to downgrade, however not sure -- should I downgrade to noble or to jammy (as RikB here did)?

it's work but can't drag and drop in reaper kde wayland :v

Thanks, that worked perfectly for me too. The mouse pointer wasn't aligned with the actual position on the canvas of the vst plugin where you actually clicked.

I did have to change to jammy:

sudo apt install winehq-staging=9.21~jammy-1 wine-staging=9.21~jammy-1 wine-staging-i386=9.21~jammy-1 wine-staging-amd64=9.21~jammy-1
sudo apt-mark hold wine-staging

This worked for me!
