WineAsio in FL Studio 24

I'm using arch linux and bottles to do the install, FL studio 24. The install did a permanent hang up at the last bit but was seemingly OK after launching FL 24. Installed wineasio from the AUR and successfully registered it within the bottle dir. Getting this:

"Couldn't open the ASIO driver"

The ASIO 4ALL and FL Studio ASIO aren't listed either in the menu, interestingly, but no matter on that just wanted the wineasio. Any advice?

are you using flatpak bottles?

no, I'm using the AUR version

ok, thats really weird then, that error indicates that its literally unable to connect to jack which only really happened to me when sandboxed

could u share some more info about your setup?
do you use pipewire or pulse?
do you have jack or pipewire-jack installed?
have you done anything else with the bottle?
what runner are you using?
