I need HELP logging in to my AVMXLINUX 21

Hello All..I need help with logging into my AVMXLINUX 21..Everything has been going just fine untill yesterday my startup screen changed and now now is asking for a login password. I dont remember what it is...I dont even remember setting up one .Ive been trying since most most of yesterday with no luck..Can some one please help.. Iam using another computer to send this message. Thank you

How to Reset Password in Linux

Did you try with the second method explained in the page: chrooting in your AV Linux installation from a LiveUSB?

Ive tried and tried..got to the place of changing my password successfully and it reboots into " invalid password" I dont know what else to do

With that method you change the root password, so you have to log in as root or when you are in the chroot you can reset the password for your user with:
