Hi novalix,
thanks again for helping.

I did
find / -type f -name jack.conf
and
find / -type f -name pipewire.conf
as su

I found some config files, where the limit was set to 200000 instead of -1....
but unfortunately after changing it to the correct value and reboot.... the error message is still there.....

...and it also comes up without starting jack with cadence before...... i accidentally started reaper without starting jack before... and also the error comes up (of course with other errors)

After some time a little update.....
I reinstalled a fresh Manjaro on my working laptop, due to a harddisk change... and after installing, set some settings in limits.conf (prio, etc.), installing wine and some VST Plugins.... the error instantly reappears..... i wonder why no one else seems to have this problem....

Workaround is to install the liquorix kernel. When you work with this kernel, the message still appears when starting a VST.... but it will load and work fine after that. With the "normal" RT Manjaro Kernel the VSTs are freezing after start (both on the same machine - just other kernel at boot)

So, we will see how this will do in the future :-)
