figured maybe it was just someone with a very dry sense of humour who hadn't read the other replies to my post.

I've noticed the same thing more than once here on linuxmusicians: a new user just parrotting an earlier post, or giving a ridiculously inane reply (microsoft help desk level). Often with a hidden url (just a couple pixels large) in either the main text, or in its signature.

Oh, strange. I'll have to keep a lookout for the hidden URL. I wonder what is the purpose of something like this.
