Post by sofia-m »

Hi,

The Larger version of the original library and last of the new series of enhanced pianos is available for testing.

Circa 1930 Hamburg Steinway Concert Grand, Model D
Recorded at 24 bit, 48 kHz in Rivai D'Arsiè, Italy.
1211 samples in 24 bit, 48 kHz .wav format., 4.3 GB.
20 velocity layers, sampled in minor thirds from the lowest C.
Pedal up and pedal down samples.
Simulated half pedal.
Simulated incremental soft pedal.
Note, BETA is the operative word here. Bugs should be expected.
You can listen to an MP3 demo and download the zip file here: https://luciphercode.wixsite.com/sofia-mz/testing

Happy testing.

Cheers.

Sofia

Wow, thanks for another great piano. Playing it with sfizz, works perfectly. I play it using Pianoteq to provide sympathetic resonance as described in this video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PNPVl3ZAsbY (except for the Waves plugin part, don't know of an equivilant plugin in linux). Everything is hosted in a Carla multiple clients setup.
