With a little bit of production help in a previous topic, I was able to complete a close-to-final mix of "Odd Girl".
I've also been working on another tune using LMMS plus a bit of Ardour. This one's a little more high concept: I started by taking the binary values of 666 and 777 (1010011010 and 1100001001, respectively), then masked them so that the output only had the common 1s between them (1000001000, or 520). With all that work done, I set up three different tracks with ten MIDI notes per measure, each time a note being hit is a 1 (examples: bass drone track is a constant 1000001000, drum and synth alternating between 1010011010 and 1100001001). After that, I added a message that was converted to binary, a voice, and some chaotic guitar. Sorry for the long explanation, but there was some work involved with this track.
