It's been a while since I had an email from Harrison. Their emails often had crazy deals. I got all the XT plugins for $19, or something like that. I thought at that price they're practically giving them away.
I received an email from Harrison and yes, it had a deal. A joint offer of a Harrison plugin and an SSL plugin. There was about 10% of hope that SSL may miraculously offer their plugins as LV2s, but no, there is no Linux version of SSL plugins, and, to add insult to injury, SSL suggest that subscribing and using iLok is a good idea.
Somewhere in their data Harrison must know that I use Linux. It's kind of insulting that I'm getting an email about the usual Windows shit. A statement from Ben Loftis that concerned me at the time was "For real music I use a Mac". Oops. Warning bells sounding. It would seem emails from Harrison will now be to sell SSL plugins, subscriptions and iLok to Linux users. Good luck with that.
