Ardour and notes negative offset after MIDI recording

Hello! I need some help )
Starting from some version of Ardour, I discovered strange things:
1 - When I record a region from MIDI keyboard, I don't hear any latency.
2 - But! Then I stop the recording, I see that recorded MIDI notes are shited a bit left, before actual key presses.
I've tried all latency options (at Ardour Session setup window) to fix it, but no results ((
I don't know exactly when such behavior started, because some months or about I did not played on MIDI keyboard.
I've tried ALSA, Jack, but no chance ( It seems Ardour make some work to compensate the latency and make it in a strange way, adding the pre-delay.
