Spam Update, New Users Please Re-Register
We've implemented a new spam strategy utilizing custom profile fields at registration time...basically, you now must answer that you are indeed human, and then solve a simple math equation in order to complete and activate a new account.
In the past week, we've had about 450 registrations, 99.9% of which were almost certainly spam. If you are a legitimate user and your account wasn't activated in the past week, it's possible I thought you were a spambot...so please re-register! I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but (fingers crossed) we should have some more control over the spammers now.
Keep posting,
Nathan

Looking into it. All the spam ip addresses have been banned. All current reports are now closed and spam accounts have been removed along with posts.

Yes I've been receiving email notification on things I've posted and when I click on it call there no new post on the threads. I had two today. It's been happening for the past few weeks.

Could be spam posts that have been deleted prior to you checking the notice link.

I am not too sure but the next one I get I'll report it right away or I should see if I get another one because I'm believing with everybody that it's over.

Re: Spam Update, New Users Please Re-Register
I have removed and banned ip addresses in this section several times today. I did about 50 yesterday and about 10 today. So that is my best guess as to what it may be. Ghost notifications are usually broken code or deleted content. But could be something else.
