Best way to run LV2 plugins in Bitwig?

What is best way to run LV2 plugins in Bitwig? I have switched to Bitwig, and would like to use great B.whtever plugins by @sjaehn. But unfortunately Bitwig does not have LV2 support, so need some gateway. Carla is one option, but then accessing plugin UI gets extra step, open carla to open plugin. And haven't even tried how to use automation, or is it even possible?

So is there some other ways to load LV2 to bitwig?

I use Ildaeil to load lv2s in BespokeSynth. According to its Github page (https://github.com/DISTRHO/Ildaeil) it works in Bitwig.

Everything should be working except plugin parameters (none are exposed to the host).

That doesn't sound good. Are plugin settings still saved with the project?

Settings are saved (tested in MusE and Renoise), but automation is not possible. I use Ildaeil mainly in Renoise to use the Calf lv2 plugins. Sadly, Calf's GUI sometimes acts up. I swear it worked before, but today the Calf EQ's interactive graphs don't work (they still work in Ildaeil in MusE though*). The Ildaeil UI works, but it's just not the same UX.

*Could be because I run MusE from an appimage, and Renoise not.

Picked this. Works for me, tried B.jumblr and it worked. Also parameters visible and working.

BespokeSynth has LV2 support (still has issues with Q* stuff by rncbc, but it's a JUCE problem).

It has lv2 support, but I've encountered fewer issues with Ildaeil.
