Graphic EQ for JACK

Does anyone know of one? Something like 10 band would be ideal. LV2 is not an option - neither program supports it. Nor VST, so it has to be a 'proper' JACK program.

with carla-single, any plug becomes such.

CALF plugins come with a hosting application "CALF Plugin Pack for JACK". That's a JACK program.

Sorry to be slow to respond - been a bit busy lately
I tried downloading LSP - wouldn't run, claiming "Could not find JACK plugin core library" - which indeed isn't there and I have no idea where it's supposed to come from. Also it has some rather worrying non-standard installation locations.

I've not had time to investigate the others yet

LSP works fine here, as plugin and as JACK standalone, tried both LSP's webiste tar.gz download and KXStudio package. Never seen that error message.

Regarding the installation locations I can't see anything "non-standard".
