Avenger 2

Post by Gps »

I know what I want for Christmas.

All the pain I went through, to learn music and be creative, now we only have to press some keys.

210 € though.....

Instant hits at the press of one key.

Makes me wonder if this would work on Linux.
It also makes me wonder if this would for me take out all the fun of making music.

There seems to be demo version, you can try that. Sure, you can't still know if activation works. Would be best if someone who has it would try it in Linux.

And for me, it does not look like it is all automatic, looks like one more synth?

I am some what confused too.

There seems to be a piano roll inside the synthesizer if I understand it right. And it also comes with drum kits.

Was he just using presets with the disco tunes, or was this pre programmed for the vid ?

I could try it in LMMS, besides it probably not working nothing really can break.

Edit:
After watching another vid, it seems to be a synthesizer with an onboard sequencer and onboard drum-computer.

I did not post this under plugins, because it does not have a Linux version. A good reason for me to not use it even though I do use vst. :)

Still I am impressed by that synth, that almost is a daw on it own.

Its a bit like zasfx but with a step sequencer and a drum sequencer build in.

Sadly you cant automate most knobs of zadfsx in LMMS, and I am not optimistic this will come one day to LMMS. :(

But who knows what Carla can do, and FalkTX is one of the LMMS devs.

Although I could not automate any knobs, I was able to load Amsynth in LMMS through Carla.
