Quantize audio timing to nearest beat?

Post by scott.thomason »

Are there any packages for Linux that would allow me to quantize audio timing to the nearest (fractional) beat (for analog clips, not MIDI)? For audio like this: Image

Perhaps not exactly what you're looking for, but Rhythm Ferret in Ardour could be of help:

Bitwig audio stretching is really magic, with it, it is possible to fix also non-drums material, for example guitar play. It nearly criminal how easy it is to fix bad timing of playing .-)
