Re: Which DAW?
There are only 3 choices really if you are serious about recording.
Bitwig - best overall. Not open source, not free. The most polished DAW, not only on linux, it has that Jetbrains clean and modern quality feel. Most simple to use as well and packed with some powerful features that even behemoths like Ableton lack. Excellent MIDI functionality and loop based workflow.
Ardour - open source and free. Not as polished or feature packed like many paid alternatives.
Reaper - somewhere in between the two above. Not open source.

I'm self-employed, and I can confirm that my billable hours have noticeably dipped since I started tinkering! Not to mention I sleep a lot less now...glowrak guy wrote: ↑Tue May 10, 2022 12:09 pm Here you'll find some Reaper video links, take a month off $work$, and dig in!

I am completely unsure whether you're pulling my leg or if someone really did start a QFC...glowrak guy wrote: ↑Tue May 10, 2022 8:40 pm The QFC is always open to new members.
