I have the problem that in Reaper on my 11 inch netbook the plugins are displayed too big for me and I don't know how to scale them.
Does someone from the forum have an idea for it?

I think this can only be done in the setting of a plugin. So if the plugin doesn't have a setting to do so then you can't. I tried resizing a few gui's that I have and they have a minimum size that I can't go under and that is likely too big for a netbook screen.
