I've been recording MIDI tracks from some external gear and taking notes on how I set things up. They're specific to whatever I was using, of course, but might be helpful to somebody who's new to MusE.
If there's any interest in possibly adding this to the documentation somewhere, please let me know.

Re: Contribute documentation?
Sure.
Could you provide your document in the markdown format, so it can be included in our github wiki?

Re: Contribute documentation?
I have a first pass ready but the images that go with the document make the zip file too large to be attached here. It's just because of the quantity of them; most are fairly small , ~ 25 kB. I can put the zip file on google Drive if that's ok; otherwise just let me know how to deliver it.
Re: Contribute documentation?
Yes, you can put the zip anywhere you wish and post the download link here.
Re: Contribute documentation?
The doc is here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OA38qQ ... sp=sharing
Wasn't sure how to organize things. The document is in the folder "doc" and images are in "man", which I think is what I saw on one of the manual pages. If anything should be changed to make it useful to the project, just let me know.

Re: Contribute documentation?
Great . This is my first contribution to actual documentation in a project, hopefully someone will save some time with it.
