[Audio effects rack] New! Size increased from 4 to 8 !

In git master now:

* NEW - Audio effects rack size increased from 4 to 8 :
* New right-click context menu entry on strip labels: "effects rack visible items".

Here's the new scrollbar, with 4 rack items visible.
Pardon my quick whip-up of the scrollbar. I grabbed it from the help files and scaled it down to mini compact size.
Seems only stylesheets can do this kind of magic. I looked for style primitives and complex properties but no luck.
Also, it is auto-hide. It only shows when the mouse is hovering over the rack. I hope that really helps. Well, the 8 items too

Correct.
The last picture may be a bit misleading, I lengthened it a wee bit before capturing.
But I was pleasantly surprised at just how uncluttered it is with 8.
It only extends mildly past the corresponding bottom portion of midi strips.
So not too terribly shabby after all.

Just to add:
As a guitar player I know this will help you guys.
On one of my CDs I made a bold move to put aside my expensive rack gear and use only LADSPA effects.
Yes, only LADSPA !

For guitar, for the complete chain that meant:
a) Distortion
b) Chorus
c) Flanger
d) Reverb
e) Delay
f) Amp VTS
g) Cabinet VTS

As you can see, with seven effects it was challenging.
I had to feed it into a separate Group track just to get the extra effects.
Now duplicate a similar setup for bass guitar.
Now one for keyboards.
And so on.
