Very interesting. This looks different from Tuvan throat singing, where the overtones actually come from the larynx. (Speech pathologists call it a "laryngeal whistle.")
I have no idea how to amplify an overtone with your mouth. This is the first I've ever heard of that. I'll have to do some reading on this.

This is an excellent demonstration. Not every overtone singer can do all those subtleties. Many are OK with basics.
