We live inside a dream!
My dream machine is Zynaddsubfx, that runs on my complicated MIDI Keyboard.
Produced on LibraZiK GNU/Linux (https://librazik.tuxfamily.org/base-sit ... nglish.php)
This track presents the Lynch-ian side of my creative mind.
Let us dream on Genesis. Because that is its purpose.

Re: A tribute to David Lynch
I don't know much about music associated to David Lynch although I still have the "Twin Peaks" soundtrack/music by Badalamenti to which I listened quite a few times. So I can't really compare. The piece seems to stay in one place, as if an important visual part was missing that would provide some development. The mix has at 2:26 a louder intervention and a bit more (less loud) at 4:08 and around 8:20, so it's completely balanced. It could be that more people could like it if there was some direction to it. No direction is also an expression although it seems that this piece is not sure if it should really reflect a non-moving rock or not, as it tends to suggest shadows of a direction. Or something like that.
Cheers.

It looks like i have subverted your expectations
Think more of Eraserhead's music, or ep3 & ep8 from Twin Peaks - The Return. Not about Angelo Badalamenti, because it isn't meant to be that.
And yes it is not suppose to go anywhere. Just exist in this state for a while.
Cheers, Totalchaos

This is a nice electronic ambient piece. Lots of cool sounds. I definitely agree that ZynAddSubFX is an awesome synth.

Re: A tribute to David Lynch
Thank you Milo, for the nice feedback. Zynaddsubfx is truly great and capable synthesizer application, especially when played through a good MIDI-keyboard. This track really is an attempt to reinvent myself and to explore new musical and stylistic territories. That is why i used another artistic pseudonym. So i am glad and appreciate positive and constructive feedback from anyone.milo wrote:This is a nice electronic ambient piece. Lots of cool sounds.
