It's probably the best sounding synth out of the box (my personal opinion) that doesn't require a lot of fiddling to make nice sounds. It also ships with some nice presets, although I find the way they are organized and named a bit confusing, there are very interesting sounds but with names like "WantsToSing3" they are really hard to find. Maybe a categorization (like ZynsubaddFX does) would help? Is is something for which a pull request can be made?

I agree that preset categories and a browser interface would be a big improvement, and something that's been discussed in the past
