Hi @oscillator and thanks for sharing a piece to cool our heels. :) I was intrigued and captivated by the mix of almost lofi 80s and modern production values and sounds. And as ever: my compliments to Kajsa for lovely vocals.

Yeah, this was quite an experiment, not the usual Dreams of Seagulls stuff.

Whoops looks like I missed this a few days ago. Very cool song, and as always I love the lush soundscapes you create in Dreams of Seagulls!

I really like the arrangement and of course, Kajsa's vocals, which here sound better than ever. Liked the vocal edits, nice touch! :D

Thanks a lot @Rainmak3r! This was a bit more heavy than what we usually do, and more straight on 1/16s.

Yeah, Kajsa did some very high notes really well. It was hard to get a good balance vocals/heavy synth sounds, so the vocals are tripled in the chorus. The vocal edits were a mistake as I had some previous takes on another track, then it though it sounded pretty cool so I kept it! It is great that you liked it! Thanks for listening @Basslint!

Good stuff, and nice vocals from Kajsa as always! I like the whole staccato feeling you have on the instrumental as well.

Thank you @Tenaba! It is a bit different from our usual stuff, I almost started thinking in "notes per minute" instead of "beats per minute"! :D

We have some more bouncy songs in the works. :)

Thank you @folderol and @psyocean for your kind comments!

I have been quite invisible here on LM due to personal reasons, but I hope to catch up with all stuff that has been posted soon.
