Naked God - Jag Jag Jag [animal rights industrial]

Post by oscillator »

The song came easily, the video was painful to edit.
But at least I sang in Swedish (@spamatica)!

Naked God - Jag Jag Jag

Every day all year round
3 million pigs are slaughtered in Sweden
The country that prides itself with
"the strictest animal protection laws in the world"
Treated like non-living things
Their pain and suffering ignored

YouTube: https://youtu.be/eElDde5NB70

Translated lyrics:

I am so f*king tired
of those who only think about themselves

everybody want to live
but they're just thinking about how it tastes

Me me me
I should have everything
I eat cows

Me me me
I should have everything

That someone else wants to live
no I just want my food

Me me me
I eat pigs

Me me me
I don't care
that someone dies

Me me me
I want my meat

Money from blood, sold like food
egotism
Rape violence abuse is the rule
But oh so tasty

Me me me
I don't care
if someone dies

Me me me
I want more

Me me me
I want my meat

Me me me
I am entitled to everything-

Yeah! Finally some more music in Swedish :D

Listening on head phones it sounds good and heavy. And those angry vocals!

And thought provoking lyrics and video. Top of the food chain, that's us...

Great stuff. As a vegan I can appreciate the sentiment of this track!

Aside from that, I really like it. Reminds me of an Alec Empire album I have which I hope is a compliment.

I don't know that person, but then I looked him up and I do know Atari Teenage Riot. Listening to Alec E right now, great music! So it is indeed a compliment, thanks alot! :)

Hi,

I think the production is really good for the genre and that is some of the most tolerable well-produced screaming I've ever listened to and I did listen all the way through! I think it's great you are sharing your voice and opinion... This is not a simple issue and I certainly would agree that swine farming and chicken egg production in particular have a very long distance to go to even treat the animals in a way that is minimally ethical. However meeting in the middle has made some headway on this issue in Canada anyway (not with all animals yet unfortunately).. Steady pressure and a realistic set of expectations by both sides can accomplish a lot over time.

Thanks a lot for those word, @GMaq! "Well-produced screaming" -- I'd like to put those words on the cover if I ever make a physical album! :)
