Don't Spread Germs - Looptober

Post by caprenter »

So, I made some loops for the Libre Music Challenge #13 - Looptober: viewtopic.php?f=40&t=23699 and then it took on a life of it's own...

After making the loops, a friend said "So have you mad a track with them?"

So I made a track, and that then became a video...
You can see the video at: https://youtu.be/z88EGAAl8xE
And the track is available to listen/download free at: https://theargentgrub.bandcamp.com/trac ... read-germs

The track uses only the 10 loops that I made for this challenge (and the 'vocal' soundtrack that is reused under an Open Government Licence). So no additional tracks, recordings, instruments etc..
But I did add a bunch of effects, and arranged the loops in Ardour to get the final track.
The video mashes up two other videos that are licenced for reuse, and they were pieced together in Flowblade.

As ever, appreciate anyone taking the time to listen/feedback.

Very relaxing, reminds me of Ibiza music from the 90s :D

That was a fantastic production! The animated video of the sick guy sneezing is really visually effective. Your music is great, and goes along with the video very well.

This one is funny. Thanks for spreading - not germs - but laughter, which is also infectious, but quite good. :)
