A Machine Dream (Reprise)

Post by davephillips »

Fellow VCV Rack enthusiast Dave Benham revived a patch I made a few years ago. He's made a few changes to the patch itself, but his most obvious contribution is a lovely improvisation on a Native American flute. I liked what he did, I hope you enjoy it too.

Best regards,

Dave Phillips

Nice recording! I dig the flute. There are a lot of Native Americans where I live, and their traditional music is interesting. I particularly like their flutes.

Dreamy indeed. I always find those wooden flutes very haunting.

Quick, someone put a house beat on it and ship it to Ibiza

Jokes aside, the combo works very well together. Both the patch and the flute are beautiful. :D

I was pretty sure I had commented this, because I remember watching the video and enjoying the music, but it looks like I forgot... am I getting old?!
Very atmospheric, from the music tapestry to the flute: great work!
