Sounds very grand - like it's meant for Royalty. What software/hardware/synths/samples/etc did you use?

i5 9600K - Kubuntu 22.04 - Ardour 7.5 - Rakarrack - Calf plugins

I love your association with an "empire of goodness". :) Grand indeed. Alas the Roland violins don't sound like much. Have you tried creating your own violin patch?
Please keep on giving us gravity.

Cool work! This would sound great as a soundtrack to a JRPG :)

Cabsi, thank you!
On Linux I use standart kit - Ardour, Rosegarden, Muse, Audacity, QTractor, etc.
All sounds I get from hardware module - Roland XV-5080. Also for recording improvisations - portstudio Boss Br-800.

Philotomy, thanks!
Meanings in the title from ironic to romantic

Jeanette_c, thanks for comment! In Roland contained several variants of violins, plus more elaborate on individual expansion cards, but they need to be purchased separately. Yes, I try make few own violins on Roland module, but the quality gain effect is not radical. What I think: in musical recordings so many imitations, it illness of mind. Soft synth produce imitation hardware synth, hardware synth produce imitation real musical instruments. All samples is crutches. I decide learn play on orch instruments, first - I buy flute. Begining play)) In next reincarnation I will play "Joke" from Bach :D Also be good meet with other musicians... Just ideas and experiments

Rainmak3r, thank you!
